Mala

Een van Most Wanted`s favoriete zangeressen, Haila,  is terug met een prachtig, geproduceerd, meest salsa, dans album met als titel “Mala”. Hierop ook een uitstapje naar pop en ballad. 2011 release.

“Fuiste Mio” is a cumbia, “De Hoy En Adelante” is a pop ballad, and there`s a bachata tinged “Muriendome.” But those power packed salsa numbers, like the cover track “Mala” (offered also as a ballad), “Lo Siento,” “Baila,” “Seguire De Pie” and especially the timba “La Pelona” (featuring Aned Mota), are simply killer. Haila shares the microphone on two tracks, once with Olga Tanon on “Alejate” and then again with the legendary Omara Portuondo on the breathtaking bolero “Voy a Prohibirme.” Very nice indeed.
