This compilation gathers more songs in the years that Bobby Valentin had Marvin Santiago as one of his vocalists (1972-1974), as released by the Fania label. (Oddly, it features three tunes recorded by Valentin`s own Bronco Records in 1976. “Hola,” “Otro Querer,” and the legendary “El Jíbaro y la Naturaleza” represent the twosome`s final period together.) The compilation includes all the tunes that Valentin and Santiago are forever associated with. This is a companion piece to Valentin`s earlier compilation, Bobby`s Best (1977), as both encapsulate Valentin`s earlier successes.
