Gilberto Santa Rosa`s "De Cara Al Viento" from 1994 is a superlative Gilberto Santa Rosa effort with strings makes this CD his most sophisticated, as well as one of his very best. The hit "Te Propongo" (composed by Juan Luis Guerra) was the best promoted tune however, moments like "Encuentro," "Me Quiere Enamorar," "Suenos Son," and "Te Amare" deserve special mention. A genuinely enjoyable sonic experience. Sadly, Santa Rosa`s regular band (1986-1996) makes its final studio recording here.
